Playing the LSAT: The Fox Test Prep Guide to the Logic Games, Volume 1

You'll feel a lot more confident
Currently taking Nathan's course and I thought I check out the DVD. Simply put, the dvd is an investment. A great one at that.

Nathan goes through the games section with a realistic, blunt approach and emphasizes that to his students and viewers. Realistic in the sense that you're dealing with actual LSAT test questions (not made up stuff like some test prep companies currently have out for sale. Blunt in that to go about mastering the games you will need to rigorously practice them and that while it takes time, you will master the section if you slow down and conquer the first two games. You can't be a great runner if you don't learn to jog right?

Trust me, with the approaches Nathan goes about the games within this DVD, you'll definitely enjoy the games section like I have so far, struggle and all. The positive mindset and practice has improved my scores in not only my section of games, but Logical Reasoning and Reading Comprehension as well. A well appreciated...

Don't be intimidated...just watch the dvd
Nathan's no-nonsense approach is perfect if you want to improve your score on the games. He's not cocky in his approach--there are no secret tricks to unlock the games. But he's confident, and it will begin to wear off on you by the time you are done going through this mini-course. Even if you are doing relatively well on the games, this DVD is a great overview of techniques. I always thought of myself as pretty good at the games--if I got lucky I would get a perfect score. Now I know that I had a lot of room for improvement. I can't believe some of the inferences I was overlooking! This is a great buy whether you or new to the games, or looking to improve your efficiency and confidence.

AMAZING!
To be honest this is how Nathan's teaching worked for me. I tried on my own and struggled tremendously, then I watched Nathan explain it, and I couldn't understand why I was struggling in the first place. He makes everything seem like a piece of cake! I know that anyone who takes the time to study his materials, this video and the books, will better understand the LSAT as well as improve their overall score. He doesn't have a magic approach, or this video doesn't sell secrets, instead it shows you how someone else solves a game. It's that simple, and honestly it's worth every penny.

  1. Sounds like a great preparation resource to have with you for LSATs. I however took the easy way out and enrolled myself into the TestMax LSAT Prep Courses. Doing it all by yourself seems so tough. But with resources and guidance I think I'll be able to crack it.
