Thought Provoking
Was looking for something different, that would make me think (like a Memento or a Charlie Kaufman movie) and came across Crescent City. It's a lower budget movie but I like how well thought out it seemed to be. Performances were real, editing was unique, and the images were beautiful and sometimes haunting. The writing was a little stiff at times, but I enjoyed this movie a lot and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is a fan of interesting art house movies that make you think and have a unique story.
Amazing what was accomplished on the budget. AMAZING
It was better than many major movies that I have seen. Watch it and see if you agree....for first timers AAA+++
